Someone spotted a water spout tornado in the water near the port of Miami on Tuesday afternoon. Check it out! Now how afraid do we need to be in these types of situations.
Do water spouts normally just stay over the water or are their instances where they swirl themselves toward land? This is kind of cool to see though as long as no one's property was damaged and no one was hurt at all. Has anyone ever seen one of these in person?
