It's Valentine's Day...a day where we should all be focused on love, and most thoughts should be happy thoughts. But in South Florida, especially in northern Broward County, Valentine's Day will never be quite the same. It was Valentine's Day one year ago when the city of Parkland, known for its beauty and low crime rate, became a household name across the nation and the world, for all the wrong reasons.
