A Canadian towns bans trick or treating for teens over 16. I remember growing up in Philadelphia, we eventually had to shut the blinds and hide out because the "kids" eventually got too big and we really didn't know any of them and certainly didn't feel comfortable opening the door! (We lived in a rather high crime area). Not sure another "law" is the answer. Do you think there should be an official age limit for Trick or Treating?
