You can tell that this didn't happen in Florida because this way to determine who gets a parking space is way too civilized. These people both want a parking space and they held a friendly game of rock, paper, scissors to figure out who got the space. And the loser drove away fair and square. What a world it would be if we could settle all of our conflicts this easily.
