We don't know who Bertha is but whatever she did, it was bad enough to get her banned from showing up to this woman's funeral. It's kind of a grim thought thinking about what you want your funeral to be like but this woman did it in the most fun way possible.
She also said that she wants people to take shots after her funeral so you can tell that she's the fun grandma for sure.
