If you live in Florida then you know that you're bound to see some pretty wild things on the road from time to time. A driver in Orlando spotted a couple of people riding on Rascal scooters on the highway.
Lucky for everyone involved that they weren't actually trying to drive in the road but still...this is pretty out there. How did they even end up on the highway in the first place? The highway isn't for scooters like that! It's just another day in FloriDUH!
