Looking For Something To Do This Weekend? There's A Corn Festival!
Here are some events happening around South Florida this weekend (4/23-4/25). Have fun and be safe!
The city of West Palm Beach holds its monthly Screen on the Green event, along the Waterfront. "Detective Pikachu" will be shown. Walk-up guests are now being allowed, but social distancing guidelines must be followed, masks are required as well. It happens tonight (Fri) at 7 p.m.
South Florida Sweet Corn Fiesta at the South Florida Fairgrounds' Yesteryear Village. It's a return to the "real" event after being held as a drive-thru last year due to COVID. Enjoy locally grown corn on the cob and other food. There will also be children's rides, a Greenmarket, live music, the National Sweet Corn Eating Championship and the famous corn shucking contest. It's happening from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. For More Info Click Here
Dinosaur Revolution opens on Saturday at the South Florida Science Center in West Palm Beach. It gives visitors an in-depth look into dinosaurs by role-playing, missions, mazes, and more.
Delray Beach Market opens on Saturday - a food hall billed as a "space for visitors to savor and celebrate the vibrance of Delray Beach" with craft food and cocktails. They'll have superhero appearances (perhaps "Batman" from Boynton Beach will be there), train rides and kiddie games for the grand opening. The first 100 customers get a $10 gift card.
