A (Drunk?) Houston Man Skied Down A Highway

If it snowed in Florida like it did in Texas, honestly this could be one of those FloriDUH Man stories. But this happened in Houston. A man decided to go skiing down I-10. This is Travis McGullam being pulled by a truck with skis strapped to his feet. And yes, alcohol was involved.
