No, this guy doesn't leave a key to his house under his mat for robbers to come and get. But he does say that he hopes that realizing that the key doesn't open anything in the house, gives potential robbers a moment of pause. And yes this SUPER nice guy is Canadian. Lol! Big shock to no one.
