Check out this video that The Pediatric Oncology Support Team (POST) made to celebrate their "warriors" who are graduating this year. If you are not familiar with POST they offer free, family-centered support to children with cancer and their families living in Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, Okeechobee and Hendry Counties.
