Back in 1991 Michael Jackson did and episode of "The Simpsons" for the season three premiere. He played a big, bald, white guy from a mental institution who was pretending to be Michael Jackson.
When the episode aired he was credited as "John Jay Smith." But in 1998, "Simpsons" creator Matt Groening confirmed that it really WAS Michael's voice.
Also in the episode, Jackson sang a quick song with Bart for Lisa's birthday, called "Happy Birthday Lisa" He wrote it himself but oddly enough he did not sing it. They used a Michael Jackson impersonator, to avoid issues with the record company.
