Sally-We all look forward to a three day weekend and of course here in South Florida we want to do stuff outside! I started thinking of all the things we could be doing this Memorial Day Weekend if it weren't for the rain! Thanks Alberto. I came up with some stuff I wish we could be doing if it weren't for the rain.
First, we could join a beach cleanup.
Play corn hole.
Hang out at an outdoor restaurant by a marina.
Ride a bike! (No that is not Mo's scooter!)
Stroll the beautiful grounds of The Morikami Museum.
Invite some friends for a cookout.
See a show at an amphitheater.
Take a stroll around Palm Beach.
Hang out in a hammock.
Play Golf.
Hang out with friends in the back yard. (And dress alike!)
Take a boat ride.
Watch the moon rise over your house.
Visit Loggerhead Marinelife Center. (above) Technically you can go when it's raining but it's better when it's not.
Take a cruise along The Loxahatchee River.
Play with your cats. Well actually that's something you can do on a rainy day!
We can always attend a Memorial Day Service.
I hope everyone has a nice, safe Memorial Day and take a moment to honor those that gave themselves for our country.
