Here is what you need:

4 pounds chicken drumsticks

2 tsp ground cumin

2 TBS brown sugar

1 TBS paprika

1 TBS chili powder

Kosher salt and pepper to taste

BBQ sauce of your choice

Here is what you need to do:

In a bowl mix together the cumin, brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper.

Pat the drumsticks dry with a paper towel and lightly brush with some olive oil. Sprinkle the rub mixture all over the drumsticks. Put in a container, seal and put in fridge for 1 to 2 hours.  Thirty minutes before you are going to grill them, take the drumsticks out of the fridge.
