No Bake Holiday Rum Balls

No Bake Holiday Rum Balls

BONUS! You can make these in advance!!!

Here is what you need:

1 box (11 ounces) vanilla wafers

1 cup powdered sugar, plus more for rolling*

1 cup chopped pecans

1/3 cup light corn syrup

¼ cup rum, can be spiced dark if you like or even bourbon

*You could also roll in coco powder or granulated sugar

Here is what you need to do:

Put all of the ingredients into a large glass bowl and mix together.

Using a spoon scoop out about a TBS an roll it in your hands to make a ball. Next roll it around in the powder sugar and set on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let sit for about 30 minutes then store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to two weeks or you can freeze for up to 3 months..
