Sally's Recipe Of The Week: Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs

Honey-Garlic Chicken Thighs
Serves 2

          Here is what you will need:

          4 boneless/skinless chicken thighs
          1/4 cup of flour
          1/4/cup of honey
          3 TBS Soy Sauce
          4 cloves garlic, grated
           1 TBS fresh ginger, grated
           olive oil
           Salt and pepper

          Preheat Oven to 375. 
          Combine, honey, soy, ginger and garlic in a small bowl.

         Coat with olive oil an oven safe baking dish with a lid.

         Salt and pepper the thighs then roll them in flour, shaking off excess.

          Nestle the chicken into the baking dish, they should look like they did in the package.
          Pour the sauce over the chicken, place the lid on and pop it into the oven for 30 minutes.

    

             After 30 minutes, turn thighs over, put the lid back on and place back in oven for another
             15 minutes.

         Reserve the sauce and serve at the table.


          I served it with cauliflower rice and roasted broccoli.
