Wynna Dunmyer has been a volunteer at Freedom Shores Elementary School since 2010. She assists with planning, setting up and making sure events run smoothly. She solicits parent involvement and donations from businesses as well as making copies, organizing and setting up teachers’ classrooms.
Wynna takes materials home to complete lab set-ups involved with STEM. She has been instrumental in starting clubs and school-wide green initiatives as well as building several gardens from scratch and rehabilitating the butterfly garden.
Wynna’s non-stop energy and countless volunteer hours over the years are a testament to her selflessness and commitment to our school and children.
Thank you, Wynna Dunmyer, you are a shining star!
