Young boys have very vivid imaginations, so when 6 year old Karter Thorpe told his grandma that he saw a man lying on the ground who looked hurt, she figured he was exaggerating. They were driving thru a Lowe's parking lot, and the boy kept on insisting she turn around, which she finally did. Sure enough, she saw the man, gasping for air. She ran over to him and immediately called 911. I the meantime, another person had pulled over and administered CPR until paramedics arrived. She never got the man's name, but his family found her thru Facebook and told her that he had suffered a heart attack and would not be alive if it weren't for 6 year old Karter. The boy's grandma was very thankful she was in the right place at the right time, and thankful for Karter's persistence! Kudos to Karter!
