PBC Schools Serve Up Free Breakfast & Lunch

With Palm Beach County's public schools closed until Monday, 27 of them are opening their doors to children affected by Hurricane Irma.

Meals for breakfast and lunch will be served today and tomorrow on those campuses.

The school district ordered the opening of the schools to ensure students are receiving the meals they would have normally received at school.

Children don't have to be registered with the district or school to receive a meal.  All children, as well as an accompanying adult, are welcome to eat at one of the 27 schools.

7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. for breakfast, and 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for lunch.

The following schools will be open to serve meals:

  • Benoist Farms Elementary
  • Congress Middle
  • Conniston Middle
  • Coral Reef Elementary
  • Forest Park Elementary
