The St. Lucie Mets are hosting the final home games of their Florida State League season, against the Fort Myers Miracle and Palm Beach Cardinals.
The Mets have been setting attendance records thanks to the "Tim Tebow Effect." The addition of the former Florida Gators and NFL quarterback to the St. Lucie roster has boosted total attendance to more than 122,000, shattering the old mark of 105,000 set in 2011. And that's with five games left to play at First Data Field.
The Mets then wrap up the season at Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter, with two games against the Cardinals on Saturday and Sunday.
