Sir Elton John Performs on the White House Lawn Honoring Teachers & Nurses

Sir Elton John Performs for 2,000 people on the South Lawn of the White House on Friday. The Rocket Man sang six of his classic songs and was brought to tears when President Biden presented him with the National Humanities Medal..

The event honored the “everyday history-makers in the audience, including teachers, nurses, frontline workers, mental health advocates, students and LGBTQ+ advocates."
