The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission says there are dozens of rules to follow during the next two days. They have increased size limits. Divers can only get six per person in Monroe County and Biscayne National Park. The maximum is 12 per diver for the rest of Florida.
Anyone participating must have a saltwater fishing license and spiny lobster permit. The two-day season wraps up on Thursday.
