New Law Allows Cities & Counties to Ban Smoking at Florida Beaches & Parks

Heads up if you're going to the beach for the holiday weekend. The law goes into effect July 1st. This is the one exception to the new rule.

145 new laws take effect on July 1st in Florida. One will allow Florida Cities & Counties to Ban Smoking at Beaches & Parks. The only exception will be unfiltered cigars which are allowed under the new law.
