This will be an easy way to get to Orlando starting next year. The high-speed rail service plans to run empty trains between Cocoa and West Palm Beach starting January 17 through the rest of the year. The trains run between Miami and West Palm Beach now. The expansion to Orlando is more than 70 percent complete.
