This will be an easy way to get to Orlando starting next year. The high-speed rail service plans to run empty trains between Cocoa and West Palm Beach starting January 17 through the rest of the year. Brightline will give engineers and train conductors an opportunity to learn the tracks and territory on the route that's expected to open for passengers next year. The trains run between Miami and West Palm Beach now. The expansion to Orlando is more than 70 percent complete.
