Bob Saget's passing is a tragic loss. His work is iconic and he was known as one of the nicest and funniest guys anyone could have the pleasure of meeting.
Bob was scheduled to perform at the Palm Beach Improv later this month. The comedian/actor was touring Florida when he was found in an Orlando hotel room.
This is the statement the family released to US weekly:
“We are devastated to confirm that our beloved Bob passed away today ” the family said in a statement to Us Weekly on Sunday. “He was everything to us and we want you to know how much he loved his fans, performing live and bringing people from all walks of life together with laughter.”
The late star’s family asked for privacy during this time, but invited fans to “join us in remembering the love and laughter that Bob brought to the world.”
