The misdemeanor battery plea deal fell through and Rod Stewart and his son Sean both could go to jail. This goes back to the fight with a security guard at the Breakers Hotel on Palm Beach new years ever 2019. The trial is now scheduled to start on January 25th. They face a maximum penalty of a year in jail.
