Someone close to the case told the New York Post's Page Six, “The original deal was that she gets half the value of the house. That was the agreement they made. She’s suing for half, and he tried to get [the case] dismissed." Orianne Cevey was Phil's third wife and they were already divorced when he purchased the home in Miami to live with her and their two sons as they tried to rekindle their relationship.
Collins has been on tour with Genesis in England, but they had to postpone the last four shows when a member of the band was diagnosed with COVID.
Genesis will start their North American tour on November 15th in Chicago with 21 shows through December 16th in Boston.
