Here we go again...but this time for a different reason. Costco is limiting the sale of paper goods, some cleaning products and even water. This time the restrictions are due to a shortage of truck drivers causing weeks of delays in shipping. "We continue to encourage consumers to only purchase what they need," a spokesperson for Kimberly-Clark said in an email to CBS MoneyWatch.
