Rod Stewart and his son Sean tried to enter a private party on New Years 2020. When they were denied entry an episode ensued with a security guard. The case was scheduled to go to trial this week but prosecutors struck a deal and a judge is expected to close the case. The Stewarts could have been locked up for a year on battery charges.
