Coronavirus Leads Live Nation To Pause All Tours

THIS JUST IN: Live Nation has made the decision to pause all tour dates scheduled through at least the end of March.

The decision was made based on the fact that large gatherings around the world are all being cancelled or postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak. The company says this will affect all touring arena shows both nationally and internationally, except for a few scheduled for the next couple of days.

Tours affected include Billie Eilish, Jason Aldean, Cher, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Tool, and many others. Fans are asked to check with their local arena to see whether the show they were planning on attending is postponed.

Additionally, Live Nation is instructing their employees to work from home until further notice. They hope to reevaluate the situation based on the outcome of the coronavirus spread at the beginning of April and resume touring in May or June.
