Anyone who's lived in Florida long enough knows that every day there's going to be a new form of crazy behavior that you'll encounter and have to treat like an every day occurrence. So I'm sure when this man started climbing a drawbridge, people mostly just watched from afar and let him do what he was going to do.
To this dude's credit, he managed to do this dumb climbing stuff without dying and that's not nothing.
