I have no idea what this man did to have the police after him so heavily but this has to be one of the most entertaining versions of a police chase that I've seen in quite some time.
I don't know where this happened but it doesn't look like it's Florida and I'm really surprised by that. If I went outside and saw the police chasing a man on a scooter it would be the highlight of my day, for sure.
