Aw, isn't that so sweet. A cat brought it's owner a present, except it's a dead mouse and she probably didn't want it dropped right on her chest while she was laying down.
Sometimes cats have a very different idea of what a good gift is compared to its human counterparts. Like maybe if a cat brought you food or money or jewelry that would be cool, but throwing the dead mouse that it hunted right on you...not so much.
