Um...miss, I don't think that this device is meant to be used on your face but if that works out for you, more power to you! No but really I hope this woman didn't get her hands on a used product for this video because I find it very difficult to believe that this thing didn't have some type of usage information on the box.
Who knows? She may have started a new crave of people using sex toys in order to get their pores opened up. We might figure out that these devices have multiple uses.
