Oh man, it's a bad time for this dude to be parallel parked on this particular street. A fire truck was trying to make it's way down a narrow street and unfortunately ends up swiping someone's car in the process.
What happens in this situation? Are you just screwed and your insurance has to handle it, or does the city pay for it? I'm now irrationally scared of this happening to me.
