Turns out all of those people who have an irrational fear of balloons might have had good reason to be afraid after all. Especially if they're holding balloons on a windy day. But man, the wind must be super strong if she's having trouble holding onto those balloons like that. I hope whomever she was getting those balloons for truly understands the struggle that this woman went through in order to get the celebration poppin!
