A nearly $10,000 reward is being offered in a Palm Beach County cold case.
26-year-old Shatorria Manuel-Francois was shot to death while on her way to work in the Village of Palm Springs back in April of 2020.
CrimeStoppers has announced a $9,500 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in the case.
