Palm Beach County Restaurants Allowed To Fill 100% Of Seats

Restaurants in Palm Beach County are now allowed to move to 100 percent capacity after a new emergency order from the county.

Administrator Verdenia Baker made the order effective at 5 p.m. Tuesday, after Friday's move by the governor to put the entire state into Phase 3 of reopening.

County Mayor Dave Kerner had said that restaurants would continue being capped at 50 percent. The new order changes that, but notes that social distancing must still be adhered to and the mask mandate remains in effect. Businesses can still be held accountable for not enforcing it.
