On Wednesday (August 5), Cheetos, which is owned by PepsiCo, made a major announcement. Cheetos Mac 'n Cheese will be hitting store shelves in the near future. This exciting new product will come in three flavors: Bold & Cheesy, Flamin’ Hot and Cheesy Jalapeño.

Cheetos Mac 'n Cheese will be available for purchase at Walmart beginning on Saturday (August 8). While they will be exclusive to Walmart for the time being, Cheetos Mac 'n Cheese is expected to be available at other retailers by 2021. Each box is also expected to retail at just 98 cents per box.

"We've seen incredible culinary creativity from our Cheetos fans through the years, taking our product and using [it] as an actual ingredient in recipes — whether at restaurants, or now more than ever, at home," Rachel Ferdinando, Frito-Lay’s North American senior vice president and chief marketing officer said in a press release.

"Cheetos Mac 'n Cheese borrows that culinary inspiration to provide a mischievous mashup of an ordinary fan favorite,” he continued. “We're putting our orange-dusted fingerprints on an at-home staple at a time when home mealtime occasions are on the rise."

Another fun aspect of this dish is that Cheetos Mac 'n Cheese will use “corkscrew pasta noodles” to resemble “Chester’s cheetah tail,” the announcement explained.
