Safety tips for your holiday bbq

(New York, NY) -- Hosting a barbecue this holiday weekend will be different than past years due to COVID-19. Experts say you should avoid shared dishes, like chips and dips, and opt for disposable dishes and utensils.

Your guests should also bring their own condiments and beverages. In addition, the CDC says when serving food, consider having one person serve everything, so multiple people are not handling the serving utensils. You should also arrange table and chairs to allow for social distancing.

And, Google Trends is releasing it's annual Independence Day research. The maps below tell us about uniquely searched for "How to grill.." and "Uniquely search BBQ sauces" by state.
