-Very Cherry Ghirardelli Chocolate cheesecake, which has cherry cheesecake on a layer of fudge cake loaded with cherries and Ghirardelli chocolate, and
-Cinnabon cinnamon swirl cheesecake, which has two layers of Cinnabon cinnamon cheesecake and vanilla crunch cake topped with cream cheese frosting and caramel.
Ricotta Cheesecake Recipe: Serves 12
1.5 Cups Fresh Ricotta
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Whisk everything together.
Pour into a greased mold.
Crust is optional.
Bake at 340 degrees for 45 minutes.
