OK, so this falls under the category of "crazy, selfish driver". It happens so quickly, before you even realize what's going on. But it shows just how careful you have to be. This car comes whizzing by and almost completely takes a woman out, who happened to be standing there on the side of the road. If the driver had any heart at all, you'd think they might have stopped to make sure the woman was okay.
