This is from the "You can't make this stuff up" department. A soccer player injured his foot and was lying there in pain. A medical cart was summoned over to help the injured player, and wouldn't you know it...the cart runs over the player's foot! Fortunately he was not hurt seriously, and the player actually returned to the game a short time later!
