This happened sometime last week, just before Halloween. Because it was so close to Halloween, many people thought this might have been some type of pre-Halloween prank. But apparently it wasn't. How freaked out would YOU be if you are driving along a freeway in L.A. (or anywhere, for that matter!) and you see this guy, walking in the middle of traffic on a busy freeway, and he's acting like this is an everyday occurrence?! Oh, and he's carrying a knife!
