So imagine this....you're walking down the street, maybe on your way to grab some lunch or run a few errands, when you notice this guy coming down the street, driving his company's van, and intentionally speeding through puddles and splashing everyone on the sidewalk! Fortunately, someone caught it all on their dash cam, and as a result, this driver was let go. Crazy!
