Hold up, Why Does This Dog Sound Like An Opera Singer?

I know I don't know a whole lot but I didn't know that dogs could sound like this. You can just tell that this dog has a song in his heart that he just has to let the world hear. But for real though, this is such a weird noise for a dog to be making. I can't tell if it's beautiful or creepy.
