This poor dog was not only abused, but she was stuffed into a birdcage. Someone dropped her off at an Oakland Park Animal Adoption Center. That's when Saving Sage Animal Rescue stepped in to help!
Here name is now "Birdie". She has skin problems, and her ribs were showing...but she has something much better now-people who are helping to nurse her back to health!
It's beyond me how someone could ever let an animal suffer like this, but at least there seems to be a good ending to this sad story. Someone will give her a 'furever' home. She needs lots of love, and as you can see in the video she is very sweet.
