Seems like so many people in the world today are stressed out about something. Usually it's something related to money or finance, career or relationships. A little stress can be okay at times, because it can keep you on your toes. But like with most things, too much is no good. It can have adverse effects on your health, both mentally and physically. Eckhart Tolle has a simple definition of stress.
