A pet owner has been reunited with her Maltese-mix named "Teddy" after the dog was stolen from a Petco.
Palm Beach Gardens Police say they have arrested 48-year old Heather Ryan who was caught on surveillance video at the pet store at Legacy Place, picking up the dog on Saturday night after Tara Cameron-Harris dropped him off for grooming.
Cameron-Harris was notified overnight that "Teddy" had been recovered and she went to the police department to pick up her pet.
She had been worried about the dog's well-being because he is eleven years old, blind and diabetic, and was without his insulin for days.
