This 18-year-old got himself in trouble doing donuts on a Florida golf course and caused $20,000 in damage! I have to confess to doing donuts as a teenager...but it was usually in a parking lot on ice and/or snow in Philadelphia where I grew up. Quite a bit different here. He's in a heap of trouble.
