Sally's Recipe Of The Week: Maple-Mustard Chicken Thighs

Maple-Mustard Chicken Thighs
Serves Two to Three

Here is what you will need. 

4 large or 6 small  boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 TBS grainy mustard
2 TBS Dijon mustard
2 TBS real maple syrup
1/2 tsp ground marjoram
1 to 2 cloves garlic, finely grated
kosher salt

Preheat the oven to 375.
Trim excess fat from chicken, season with salt.

In a small bowl mix the mustard, syrup, marjoram and garlic. Taste and season as necessary.

Spray a glass baking dish with oil and place the thighs into the dish.

Coat the chicken with the sauce.

Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. The sauce will form a crust on the chicken.

Serve it up with the extra sauce in the pan.  Enjoy!
